Parking

C$4 but ample

Telus Field parking is fairly plentiful. All of it is on grassy park areas near the ballpark. The main one is directly across the street 96 Ave. NW (or John Ducey Way) and accessed only from that side. Additional parking can be found on the other side of Rossdale Rd. in similar parking lot spaces.

The parking cost, unlike elsewhere is completely "broken down" for you indicating the C$1 going for city fees on top of the C$3 going to the Cracker-Cats.

There are some bus lines running on Rossdale Rd. and nearby for those wanting to avoid the extra parking cost. Walking from downtown is possible and not too unreasonble as long as you can handle the angle of the river bluffs going down from downtown. Some hotels on the south side of the downtown may make this even more practical.

The Edmonton LRT does not stop near the ballpark. The nearest stop is Grandin/Government Center LRT Station near the provincial capitol (Alberta Legislature Building). It's hardly any closer than other downtown stops and not worth the extra expense unless you're traveling from the northeast end of that route or considering transferring to a bus.

Tailgating

None

There is no tailgating at Telus Field. There are no restaurants or other food options for many blocks in any direction. The nearest food options are downtown.
